Role Responsibilities

• Peoplesoft consultant required to provide steady state support of PeopleSoft Human Capital Management ( HCM )

Key skills

• 5 to 7 years of Techno- Functional Consultant Responsible for providing Tier 2, 3 and 4 support on all aspects of PeopleSoft HCM 8,x and 9,x applications
• Should have Hands- On experience in minimum of 7 modules of PeopleSoft HCM
• A strong understanding of standard development methodologies (Systems Development Life- cycle) in both maintenance and implementation organizations
• Strong skills in gathering and documenting business requirements for systems enhancements, performing fit/ gap analysis, and writing functional or technical specifications based on requirements
• Proven skills in quality assurance, including creation of testing scripts and test execution
• Hands- On experience in PeopleCode, PeopleTools, Application Designer, Application Engine, AWE, Component Interface, Integration Broker, SQR, Crystal reports, Java and HTML
• Nice to have experience in PeopleSoft Campus Solutions, EPM modules and Java Script
• This position requires strong analytical and problem solving skills with demonstrated initiative and flexibility to meet deadlines and end user expectations
• The selected candidate should have excellent communication skills including written and verbal
• Ability to work with diverse teams Should be willing to work hands- on and IC (Independent Contributor) role
• Support consultant working with PeopleSoft HCM 8,x or 9,x Applications, including Workforce Administration, eCompensation, ePerformance, Employer Self Service, Manager Self Service, NA Payroll , TAM, Competency Management, Recruiting, Base Benefits, HRMS Foundation, Global Payroll and Candidate Gateway modules, experience with designing and maintaining interfaces to external systems and vendors
• Candidate should have sound knowledge in the following PeopleSoft technical areas PeopleCode , Application Engine , Application Package , Workflow (Specifically AWE) , Integration Broker, tools like IB and CI, SQR, Crystal , PS Query, SQL
